A Hazy Pale.

We took our pale ale recipe and substituted the Munich malts for oats and wheat and then doubled the dryhop. A fusion between a New England IPA and a West Coast Pale ale. A subtly bitter grapefruit citrus tickle, over a hazy body, finished with simcoe and cascade in the dry-hop. Fermented with our New England yeast strain for pineapple and mango overtones.
