Wits this then?

Our Irish White is inspired by our travels and the love for the Wit beers of Belgium and the Weiss beers of Germany. These beers are all about the delicate balance between malt and yeast. Spicy, peppery notes from the yeast dance with floral and citrus aromas from the addition of coriander seeds and sweet orange peel. Probably the most versatile beer for food pairing, it works well with seafood and complements spicy curries.
